Even though our players lasts for up to 10 years, the power supply are the first to go, (usually within 3 to 5 years of use) we suggest purchasing extra replacement power plugs now and save on shipping fees later. Power plugs are cheap, take the opportunity to add some to your order for future use and keep them in the same box the players come in for use in 5 years. Should you need a power plug drop shipped within 72 hours, purchase this, else if you are a new client, purchase them from our add-on section.
