Even though our players can last for up to 10 years, the power supply are the first to go, (usually within 3 to 5 years of use) we suggest purchasing extra replacement power plugs now and save on shipping fees later. Power plugs are cheap, take the opportunity to add some to your order for future use and keep them in the same box the players come in for use in 5 years.
